Aston Martin Residences to Break Ground: On Wednesday, real estate lenders are set to break ground in Downtown Miami for the Aston Martin Residences. It’s the first-ever luxury residential tower branded after the high-end British sports car company. The developers purchased the bay front land for about $125 million dollars. Each of the 390 unites will cost about $1,000 a square foot.
