A South Florida podiatrist who was charged with molesting his teenage babysitter was back in a Broward County courtroom Wednesday as the case is being retried following a February mistrial.

Augustine Bollo, a 49-year-old from Weston, was charged for taking the hand of his then 15-year-old babysitter and placing it on his penis back in April 2012. Bollo allegedly then paid her $200 before committing the offense a second time, giving the teen $100 after that incident.

The case was declared a mistrial after part of a phone call between Bollo and the victim’s mother that was played in court was ruled inadmissible.

The babysitter, now 19, took the stand Wednesday to describe the alleged incident to jurors.

"He was grabbing it and I was trying to like keep my hand stiff," she said. "He like forced it around."

Under cross examination, Bollo's attorney, David Bogenschutz, questioned the girl about her memory of what happened, trying to point to inconsistencies in her story.

Bollo is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation, which faces a maximum of 15 years in prison if he is convicted.
