Riders Rescued From Transformers Ride at Universal Orlando



    A firefighter rescues riders on the Transformers ride at Universal Orlando.

    A dozen Universal Orlando parkgoers had be be rescued after the Transformers ride became stuck Tuesday.

    No one was injured after the ride had the parkgoers stuck for about an hour, WESH reported.

    One rider documented the incident on Twitter, with her photos showing firefighters rappelling down to rescue the 12 people.

    It's the second time in the past few days that riders had to be rescued at an Orlando theme park, following Sunday's incident at Disney World when a monorail train became halted by a power outage during bad weather.
