Watching your team lose the biggest game of the year is tough, but almost losing your genitals because of it is a man's worst nightmare.

Welcome to Vinh Pham's world.

The Key West resident got in a tussle after Super Bowl XLIV because he wasn't ready to leave a Super Bowl party. Y Le, who was hosting the party as his house, tried to kick Pham out and that's when they got into a fight.

Then things turned nightmarish for 42-year-old Pham, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

During the fight, Le, 27, was caught in a headlock by Pham and figured the only way to get his attacker to break the hold was to grab his testicles. Really hard.

So hard in fact, Pham's testicles were nearly ripped off. Deputy Becky Herrin told KeysNet.com that Le's fingers punctured Pham's testicles, which took 52 stitches to patch up.

Adding insult to injury, Pham faces battery charges for dislocating Le's jaw in the fight. Le also faces aggravated battery charges.
