Isolated AM showers will give way to afternoon thunderstorms pushing inland.

Isolated AM showers will give way to afternoon thunderstorms pushing inland.

Isolated morning showers will give way to thunderstorms later today. An east wind will help push thunderstorms inland and toward the west coast later this afternoon. The high will be around 90. There should be a low risk of rip currents.

For Sunday, we should see similar conditions but we could have a bit more activity near east coast metro areas. Highs will be in the lower 90s.

For the work week, we can expect a typical summer-like weather pattern all week long with morning passing showers and afternoon thunderstorms.
