Police are looking for suspects after a security guard was shot and killed early Friday behind a Southwest Miami-Dade strip mall.
The murder happened at the Colonial Shopping Center at 9576 Southwest 160th St. just before 3 a.m.
Police said a homeless man reported the crime. Police are still investigating the shooting. Investigators found a screw driver near the scene of the crime and believe the security guard may have encountered the gunman as he was about to commit a burglary.
No other details are available at this time.
