Some may remember Jordache from the 1980’s, but the fashion company is putting its stamp on Miami Beach in the second decade of the 21st Century.
According to the Miami Herald, Nakash Holdings, which is owned by Jordache, has announced it has bought the luxury Setai Hotel on Miami Beach for $90 million. The price tag works out to approximately $750,000 per room, according to the Herald.
Nakash bought the Versace Mansion last year for more than $40 million and owns five other hotels on Miami Beach, according to the Herald.
The Herald reported that Nakash may not be done acquiring properties which might give Miami Beach, the Jordache look.
