Officials said the plane, a Cessna 172, was attempting to land when it crashed, taking out two signs at the airport.

Footage showed multiple rescue crews at the scene, where the small plane appeared to have partially collapsed landing gear.

At least one person was taken from the scene in an ambulance to a nearby hospital. Their condition was unknown.
