South Florida's would-be hubby killer is set to make a court appearance today as she faces charges she tried to have her groom of just six months killed by a hit man.
Dalia Dippolito, 27, will attend the status hearing up in West Palm Beach, according to the Palm Beach Post.
The young wife has been out on bond and confined to her house after her arrest in August for trying to hire an assassin to rub out her husband, Michael, with a $1,200 down payment.
She had given a man who she thought was a hired killer photos of her husband, discussed his schedule and a possible alibi, and gave him the cash to purchase a gun.
The hitman of course was working with police, and Dalia was busted for solicitation to commit first-degree murder.
The Boynton Beach couple had been married for just six months but the hitman hire was the third attempt the femme fatale had made on her husband. She had previously tried spiking his tea with antifreeze and tried to get two strangers to kill him, according to police.
In a previous court appearance in January to decide the fate of their home, Dalia Dippolito took the stand but refused to answer any questions.
Dalia Dippolito has been spending her house arrest at her mother's, and Michael Dippolito has filed for divorce.
