After a chilly start in the 50s, Friday should warm up nicely across South Florida in the afternoon.
Expect sunny skies and dry conditions. It has been windy the past few days, but the wind should decrease Friday and even more over the weekend.
Winds will be out of the north at 10 mph to 15 mph Friday.
For boaters, a small craft advisory remains in effect. Expect north winds at 15 knots to 20 knots, 5- to 7-foot seas and a moderate chop on the bay and inland waters.
There is the possibility of rip currents. The water temperature is 76 degrees.
There should be no major changes in the weather this weekend: Expect chilly morning starts in the 50s and nice afternoon highs in the middle 70s.
It should be sunny and dry all weekend. Warmer temperatures should return to South Florida later next week.
