A man is facing battery charges after allegedly touching woman's buttocks at a Marshalls in Sunrise Sunday afternoon.
The victim, a 68-year-old woman, says she was looking at dresses when a man touched her buttocks without permission and whispered in her ear in the store at Sawgrass Mills.
Store surveillance footage showed 32-year-old Leo Pierre-Jerome walking behind the victim and pausing for two minutes before reaching out and touching her.
Sunrise officers made contact with Pierre-Jerome at a food court and subsequently detained him. He was charged with battery on a person 65 or older.
Pierre-Jerome, of Tamarac, was given a $1,000 bond and told to have no contact with the victim. Attorney information wasn't available.
