Police released surveillance video Friday of a shoplifter pepper spraying a security guard at a Kendall shopping center.
Miami-Dade police are looking for the woman who attacked the security guard standing in front of the Forever 21 at the Palms at Town and County on June 17.
Footage shows the woman walking around the store with a bag filled with merchandise. She then runs toward the door, before pepper spraying the guard and bolting from the store. The suspect got away.
The guard is seen covering his face and walks away. Paramedics were later seen coming into the store and covering their faces due to the fumes from the pepper spray.
Miami-Dade detectives are asking anyone with information on the case to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
