T-Mobile Burglars Caught Red-Handed in Pinecrest: Police

Two burglars who broke into a Pinecrest T-Mobile store early Wednesday were caught red-handed, police said.

The pair broke through the drywall of an adjacent vacant business to get into the store at 12537 South Dixie Highway around 12:35 a.m., Pinecrest Police said.

Officers quickly responded and found one of the suspects hiding in the drop ceiling of the adjacent business. The other suspect was arrested in the getaway car nearby.

Raiko Ramos Guerra and Maidel Aguirre Menendez were arrested and face charges of burglary to a business and vandalism to a business, police said. It's unknown if they've hired attorneys.

The estimated value of the stolen items is $28,000 plus property damage.
