Police in Riviera Beach were desperately searching Monday for a missing 13-year-old girl who has a medical condition.
Jasmine Warren left her home to go for a walk around 1 in the afternoon, police said. Her mother said she received a text from her around 2 p.m. saying that she had fallen and cut herself behind a Walmart located in the Town of Lake Park.
The teen's mother was unable to find her and called police. Officers said they were unable to locate Jasmine after a thorough search of the area.
The girl's mother says Jasmine suffers from a medical condition that requires her to take meds every day.
Police consider Jasmine endangered since she depends on medication. Her medical condition was not disclose.
