The Broward Sheriff's Office said a 17-year-old was in custody for the fatal shooting death of another teen at a club over the weekend.
Guerbens Joseph, 19, from Laudredale Lakes, was shot was outside Labadee Night Club early Sunday morning by the 17-year-old, authorities said.
Joseph had been attending a teen night at the club with friends. When the club closed at 1:30 a.m., another group of teens approached him looking for a fight, the sheriff's office said.
Authorities said the 17-year-old grabbed a gun from a car and shot Joseph, who was pronounced dead at teh scene.
It wasn't immediately clear what the dispute was over.
