Teenage Boy Hit In Forehead With Spear Gun: Report

A teenager was hit in the forehead with a spear gun on Thursday, authorities said.
The 16-year-old boy and a friend were near SW 51st Street and 138th Avenue when one of the teens attempted to load spear gun, but it fired.
The teen was conscious when he was hospitalized, The Miami Herald reported.
The incident looked like it was accidental, the newspaper reported.
