Five high school kids are under arrest after they broke into a commercial parking compound and took an unauthorized joyride on a forklift, Broward County Sheriff's Office says.

On April 12, the group of juveniles trespassed onto Millennium Middle School property and broke into nearby Ferguson Plumbing at 9439 West Commercial Boulevard in Tamarac.

The teens removed their tops in an attempt to use the t-shirts to conceal their faces. They also used plastic bags as makeshift gloves to keep from leaving fingerprints, BSO says.

Surveillance footage shows the teens climbing underneath a fence into the parking compound, then spinning freely in circles on the forklift.

The footage helped lead to the arrest of the teens.
