Temperatures are on the way up across South Florida. 

Thursday morning thermometer readings will start in the 60s and land in the mid 80s early afternoon.

Another bright day is expected with a few clouds around.  In fact, sunshine will control the skies through Friday too as the area heats into the upper 80s.

The record high temperature is 89 degrees for Thursday and Friday  in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

A weak front will arrive on Friday. Likely passing dry, shower chance stay low this weekend at 20%.  Highs will slide back to seasonable norms in the upper 70s.  Expect intervals of clouds, at times outweighing the sunshine.
