UF Quarterback Treon Harris' Attorney Says Woman Was “Sexual Aggressor”

Authorities are investigating sexual assault allegations made against University of Florida quarterback Treon Harris.

The attorney for suspended Florida quarterback Treon Harris says "misstatements in the media have painted a picture that is inconsistent with the evidence."

Authorities are investigating sexual assault allegations that have made against Harris.

His attorney, Huntley Johnson, is trying to dispel reports about Harris' relationship with the woman and what happened early Sunday at an on-campus residence hall. Johnson released a detailed statement defending his client Thursday, saying the woman showed "no indication of any physical or mental trauma" after the alleged sexual assault.

Johnson says, "We believe the evidence will show the alleged victim was in fact in the sexual aggressor with not one, but two young men early last Sunday morning."

Harris has not been arrested or charged with a crime.
