Two Men Face Sexual Battery Charges in Woman's Rape: Cops

Two men are charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators after participating in the rape of a woman, an arrest affidavit said.
North Miami Beach Police said the victim was at their party and became intoxicated.
Authorities said she later she passed out outside her home and Jorge Mario Jacinto, 20, and Edgar Antonio Jacinto, 24, and other perpetrators, had sexual intercourse with her without her knowledge or consent. And they both allegedly admitted to authorities to having sex with her without her knowledge or consent.
They both face charges of sexual battery by multiple perpetrators and have holds for immigration, and cannot bond out of jail, a jail official said.
It was not immediately known if they were related or if they had attorneys. They have entered not guilty pleas.
