Two Men Shot in Attempted Carjacking in SW Miami-Dade: Cops
Police are looking for the shooter or shooters involved
Woman does not want to be identified tells NBC 6 what she heard when two men were shot outside her home in an attempted carjacking.
Two men were shot in an attempted carjacking around 5 a.m. Saturday morning at the intersection at SW 139th Avenue and 264th Street in Naranja, police said.
Both men were in a black PT Cruiser when they were shot. One was shot three times, the other was hit twice, according to officials. They were airlifted to Kendall Regional Medical Center and are expected to survive, authorities said.
It's unknown if the shooter or shooters fled on foot or in a vehicle. Officers could not say if the gunmen made off with any valuables.
No description of the shooter has been released.
