Two People Taken to Hospital after I-95 Crash in Hollywood

Both people, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, were taken to Memorial Regional Hospital, the Highway Patrol said.

Two people were taken to a hospital Wednesday after a collision on Interstate 95 that left one vehicle overturned just north of the Hollywood Boulevard exit, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Both people were taken to Memorial Regional Hospital, according to Highway Patrol Sgt. Mark Wysocky. Their injuries were listed as non-life-threatening, he said.

The collision occurred Wednesday morning, when one vehicle rear-ended the other and one of the vehicles overturned, Wysocky said.

Aerial images showed the vehicle upside down. Authorities shut down several lanes temporarily, but traffic has since returned to normal, the Highway Patrol said.
