Early morning commuters had a rough time on I-95 early Tuesday as two separate crashes caused major traffic headaches.
A crash on I-95 Southbound approaching Northwest 103rd Street had three lanes blocked. The express lanes were also shut down.
A second crash was reported on the express lanes of I-95 Southbound, this time at Northwest 135th Street.
