An undercover operation captured on video led to the arrest of a Florida woman accused of selling and possessing large amounts of fentanyl, according to the Hollywood Police Department.
In the February video obtained by NBC 6, Ayesha Henry is seen laughing during what police say was a drug sale to an undercover informant.
At one point in the video, Henry tells the informant to be on the lookout.
"Keep your eyes open for me around here," she says.
When they exit the vehicle, police arrive and arrest Henry. They uncover packets of fentanyl, a drug 100 times more powerful than morphine.
Henry is facing multiple drug trafficking charges, according to police. She posted a $78,000 bond and is due back in court on July 13.
The bust comes at a time where the opioid crisis is rampant in South Florida. Fentanyl, which is often mixed with heroin, was involved in 475 deaths in Dade and Broward counties, NBC 6 Investigators found.
