A water main break is causing severe flooding in a Northeast Miami neighborhood, officials said.

According to Miami Fire Rescue, the neighborhood looked like a river of flowing water and several homes along NE 1st Place and 76 Street were flooded.

Miami-Dade Water and Sewer said crews were working to repair the broken 36-inch water line Sunday.
