A water main break made a mess at a busy Fort Lauderdale intersection Friday afternoon.
The break was reported at Andrews Avenue and Broward Boulevard. Both directions along Broward Boulevard were closed.
Footage showed water pouring out of the ground and a traffic signal pole leaning over into the street.
City officials said a contractor was digging in the area and hit a pipe connected to a fire hydrant.
