Warm & mostly sunny start to this Father's Day Sunday. Expect shower & t-storm activity to move further inland today. (Published Sunday, June 15, 2014)

For Father's Day, expect to see mostly to partly sunny through the first half of the day.

High pressure has shifted north and will leave us with an east wind today. Expect a few passing showers but the majority of the activity will push inland and out west. Highs will be in the upper 80s.

There should be a very typical rainy season pattern for most of the work week. Highs each afternoon will reach the upper 80s. There will be moments of sunshine with chance of thunderstorm activity each afternoon. East wind will increase risk of rip currents throughout the week.
