Whole Foods in Florida is recalling foods with raw onions in them because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Some of the foods being recalled are salads, dressings and sandwiches. The products that may have been contaminated were prepared at the company's 17 locations between July 7 and Friday.

The company says they have not received any complaints about illnesses.

More health stories

Affected customers should throw away the product and return to the store with their receipt for a free refund.

Listeria monocytogenes can serious illnesses and in some cases death.
