Wife Confronts Miami-Dade Murder Suspect in Dramatic Video

Dramatic video of a wife confronting her husband as he stands accused of murdering a woman who disappeared in Miami-Dade in 2013 was released Wednesday.

John Paul Garcia, 45, is facing a first-degree murder charge following his arrest in October in the disappearance of 44-year-old Larissa Macriello.

Video of the Miami-Dade Police interrogation of Garcia, and the moment he was confronted by his wife, Annalie Rivero, were obtained by NBC 6.

"You think I'm capable of murder?" Garcia asks his wife in the video.

"I don't know, you've been lying to me for years," Rivero replies.

Police say Macriello was Garcia's mistress for years, which he denied to his wife. Macriello went missing in July 2013.

"I didn't do anything to that girl, she's missing, she's probably dead. They're telling me that I killed her, they arrested me for the f@#$ing murder, I haven't killed anybody," he said.

In other videos, Garcia admitted to police to knowing Macriello, having a sexual relationship with her, and even that she loaned him money.

"You don't think that's suspicious? That she gives you $40,000 and then goes missing?" Rivero asked Garcia.

Garcia claimed he didn't know anything about Macriello's disappearance. Police said he took money out of her checking account long after she went missing.

Macriello's body was never found.
