A worker bitten by a cobra at a South Florida wildlife sanctuary is back in the hospital with an infection.

Aneth McCarthy was bitten two weeks ago at McCarthy's Wildlife Sanctuary in Loxahatchee. After being released from the hospital two days after the attack, she was back in the hospital Tuesday with an infection from the bite.

The Palm Beach Post reports that McCarthy was cleaning a cage when she was bitten on her hand by a 3-foot-long spectacled cobra. Her husband is the sanctuary's director and says he's been bitten by snakes nearly a dozen times.
