Officials have launched an investigation after a woman's body was found in a field in Dania Beach, the Broward County Sheriff's Office said.
BSO was notified near 11:30 a.m. on Friday about the woman's body found at 1800 Stirling Road.
BSO deputies and Homicide and Crime Scene detectives responded to the scene. The body was found near a Burger King restaurant and a SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel.
