    Miami-Dade Police are investigating the firebombing of a woman's car that was caught on camera.

    Miami-Dade Police are investigating the firebombing of a woman's car that was caught on camera.

    The incident happened back on July 5 in the 11700 block of Southwest 15th Street, Miami-Dade Police said Friday.

    According to police the victim, 29-year-old Yannis Tapanes, was staying at her sister's house when she heard a car alarm and looked outside and saw her car engulfed in flames.

    Family members were able to extinguish the fire, and no one was injured. The car was a complete loss.

    Police reviewed surveillance footage and saw two suspects toss and incendiary device at the car and fleeing from the scene.

    Police are asking anyone with information to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
