Women Beat up Miami Lakes Victoria's Secret Worker: MDPD

Police are looking for a group of women who were caught on camera beating up a Victoria's Secret worker during a robbery at the Miami Lakes store.

The robbery happened Tuesday morning at the store at 6800 Main Street, Miami-Dade Police said.

Police said the five women entered the store and began picking up a large quantity of the same type of merchandise. A sales associate noticed one of the women walking toward the exit and asked if she wanted her to hold the merchandise for her.

The woman pushed the sales associate then started pulling her hair, police said. The rest of the women approached and started hitting the sales associate and one of them punched her in the face, police said.

The thieves fled the store with an unknown amount of merchandise, police said. The 32-year-old sales associate was treated at the scene.

Police described the suspects as black females between 20 and 30 years old. They were in a silver Hyundai, possibly an Elantra.

Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
