Donald Trump says the only way he can lose in Pennsylvania is if there's cheating.
At a rally in Altoona Friday evening, Trump says he plans to watch certain parts of Pennsylvania closely on Election Day.
"We have to call up law enforcement and we have to have the sheriffs and the police chiefs and everybody watching, because if we get cheated out of this election, if we get cheated out of a win in Pennsylvania, which is such a vital state, especially when I know what's happening here folks," he said.
Trump pointed out that he's had huge turnout for rallies in the state as evidence of what he says is overwhelming support.
But Trump says he wants to ensure that Hillary Clinton's supporters don't vote multiple times, citing concerns about voter fraud.
"We don't want to see people voting five times, folks," he said adding, "We have to be very careful."
Trump encouraged voters in the audience to "go around and look and watch other polling places and make sure that it's 100 percent fine."

An NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll showed Trump trails Clinton in the Keystone State by 11 points. Clinton holds leads in every part of the state with the exception of central Pennsylvania, typically a conservative part of the state.
