It's an intra-Clinton ratings battle Sunday on the talk shows, as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, take to the airwaves for separate appearances.

Secretary Clinton, fresh off her stop at the United Nations, is on CBS's "Face the Nation," along with Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

On NBC, former President Clinton takes to "Meet the Press" to discuss his annual Global Initiative conference. Also on "Meet" are New York Gov. David Paterson, who'll respond to last week's reports that President Barack Obama asked him not to run for reelection, and Sens. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) and Jim Webb (D-Va.).

Defense Secretary Robert Gates appears on ABC's "This Week" and CNN's "State of the Union" to discuss Afghanistan, Iran and missile defense. On Iran and its desire to develop nuclear weapons, Gates warns that "there's no military option that does anything more than buy time," according to an advance excerpt from his taped CNN appearance.

"The estimates are one to three years or so," he told CNN. "The only way you end up not having a nuclear-capable Iran is for the Iranian government to decide that their security is diminished by having those weapons, as opposed to strengthened. And so I think, as I say, while you don't take options off the table, I think there's still room left for diplomacy."

ABC also hosts Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), while CNN features Sens. Evan Bayh (D-Ind.) and Bob Corker (R-Tenn.).

Virginia Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob McDonnell stops by "Fox News Sunday," as polls shows his lead over Democrat Creigh Deeds shrinking. Also appearing are Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Kit Bond (R-Mo.), the chairwoman and vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee..

On C-SPAN, the ranking Republican on the House Financial Services Committee, Rep. Spencer Bachus of Alabama, is on C-SPAN's "Newsmakers" to field questions from Bloomberg's Alison Fitzgerald and the Washington Times' Sean Lengell.

On Bloomberg TV, "Political Capital" hosts Center for American Progress President John Podesta, who headed Obama's presidential transition team, to discuss health care and the budget deficit.

Still making headlines after his 96-minute U.N. screed, Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi appears on CNN's "GPS 360" with Fareed Zakaria.

And there's a new show, with Vice President Joe Biden as the first guest on TV One's "Washington Watch with Roland Martin," an hour-long public affairs show, which will also host House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.).
