After getting tossed out of office twice, you;d think Michelle Spence-Jones would get a clue - you can't beat the boss.

A Miami-Dade judge confirmed that fact again on Friday when she tossed out the ex-Miami commissioner's silly lawsuit that claimed Crist didn't have the power to suspend her.

Hello! He's the governor.

Crist originally suspended Spence-Jones last November after she was arrested for allegedly taking public money and using it for personal gains.

Spence-Jones was persistent and tossed her name in the hat for the special election to replace her as District 5 commissioner. She won the special election and Crist booted her out of office again.

Spence-Jones convinced some voters to join her in suing the governor so at least she wasn't alone in tasting defeat this time.

She still faces felony public corruption, bribery and theft charges for separate instances during her time in office.
