"Hey, I see 49 people in a car. I gotta get in that!"

Not only did the Jets get stuffed by the Dolphins on Monday night, some of them were awfully sore in defeat. Linebacker Calvin Pace went so far as to call The Holy Wildcat "nonsense" and refer to Chad Henne as a "clown quarterback."

That's good times, because, well...have you met these Dolphins?

"They nonsensed their ass all the way up and down the field," said Channing Crowder. "Nonsense, I love nonsense. They say gimmick, gimmick this, gimmick that. We've won games with the Wildcat. They ran two fake punts. So if you're going to say gimmicks, those are real gimmicks. Wildcat is an offensive formation, they've run it for two years. They have thousands of plays on film about it, go stop it."

Ooh, salty, and with a rematch just weeks away!

But then there's also Dolphins fans, who are both crazy and not about to let Chad Henne go down a clown. (Oh, sure, his head looks like a potato with a coin slot for a mouth, but he's got an arm like a grenade launcher. And you don't talk trash on that.)

Nope, Fins fans will clown you, Jets, with youtube Elton John parodies:

Yeah, that happened. It's not so much an amazing game against the Jets (20 of 26 passes for 241 yards, 2 touchdowns, and no interceptions) that Chad Henne should use as a benchmark for his career -- it's that someone out there remade a song for him with one repeating image and a rhyme including the phrase "old crack whore named Heather," and it was pretty entertaining.

They should make a stat line for that.

Oh, and Calvin? Speaking of stats, it's clown 1, you 0.

How's that nonsense?

Janie Campbell thinks as far as Calvin Pace is concerned, Chad Henne is Pennywise. Her work has appeared in irreverent sports sites around the Internet.
