Jungle Island Monkey Makes Cuddly NFL Picks

He's cute, cuddly, hairy and an NFL fan. What more could a woman want?
When the monkeys at Jungle Island aren't busy teasing tigers into jumping out of their cages, they apparently are picking NFL games for the zoo animal bookies.
Gizmo, the cutest addition to Miami since Kim Kardashian, is putting his cuddly, game-picking reputation on the line by selecting every NFL game each week. Zoo keepers and Big 105.9 think he's better than you.
Each week, a person will be selected to go up against the primate prognosticator and if the contestant picks more games correct than Gizmo, they win a 32 inch flatscreen TV. Enter for a chance to get monkey stomped by Gizmo here.
But don't think the adorable Capuchin monkey doesn't have a method to his madness.
No, he's not throwing poo at an NFL dart board and his methods are more advanced than that homer, the German World Cup octopus.
Zoo keepers place two teddy bears on a table, each wearing a football helmet sticker of the opposing teams. Gizmo runs up and hugs the one he thinks will win. Gizmo loves football, he loves teddy bears and he loves hugs - a perfect winning formula.
So far, he has picked the Dolphins to beat the Buffalo Bills and the Minnesota Vikings to defeat the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints tonight.
Not surprisingly, Gizmo picked the Bengals, Jaguars and Bears to devour their opponents.
He also hugged the New York Jets teddy bear, but we won't hold that against him.
