Stallworth Pleads Not Guilty in DUI
Browns receiver a no-show at DUI manslaughter arraignment

Donte Stallworth was a no-show during his arraignment on DUI manslaughter charges in Miami today, where the Cleveland Browns receiver's lawyer entered a plea of not guilty.
Stallworth is looking at 15 years of hard time if convicted in the March incident in which he struck and killed 59-year-old construction worker Mario Reyes after a night out on the town.
Police say Stallworth, 28, was driving drunk in his Bentley when he hit Reyes. He's now free on $200,000 bail and isn't allowed to drive or drink and must follow a curfew.
Stallworth posted bond in early April after surrendering to Miami police. Though he hasn't said much about the incident, he made a brief statement after the April court appearance, expressing his sorrow for the situation.
"I just want to first extend my condolences to the Reyes family. My prayers are with them," Stallworth said. "I have full confidence and faith in the legal process."
