Police say a gunman shot his neighbor because his dog pooped on the lawn.
Tampa police say they received a call about a neighborhood dispute Friday afternoon. Spokeswoman Andrea Davis said the unidentified suspect was upset that 30 year-old Dante J. Roberson's dog defecated in the suspect's yard.
The suspect shot Roberson, who was hospitalized in stable condition.
The gunman fled the scene. No other details were immediately available.
