Florida Man Arrested for Removing Clothes Inside Chili's Restaurant

A Bradenton man was arrested  after he removed his pants and T-shirt inside a Chili’s restaurant Wednesday night, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Letrail Tresalus, 24, stood up from his seat inside a Chili’s, removed his pants and T-shirt, and then started swearing at employees, according to a sheriff’s office report obtained by the Bradenton Herald.

Tresalus later put his clothes on and was confronted by the Chili’s manager.

When a deputy arrived he was arrested and while on the way to jail, Tresalus spit on the back of the deputies head from the backseat of the patrol car, according to the report.

Tresalus was charged with battery on an officer and disorderly conduct. He is being held on a $2,620 bond. It is unknown if he has attorney.
