A man was arrested after a woman called police to say he was exposing himself and masturbating in Smathers Beach, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported.
The woman told police that Elijah Slocumb,42, was allegedly “doing it so hard that his whole body was shaking,” the report said.

The woman, who visits the beach daily, told police he was siting several feet away while she read a book. But later noticed Slocumb, from Key West, was moving closer and masturbating, the report said.
When Slocumb saw the police officer, he grabbed a towel and appeared to wipe his hands with it, the report said.
