A Tamarac man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly attacked a woman and then growled and spit blood at officials when they tried to restrain him, according to reports.
Juan Valderrama, 28, is charged with simple battery and was being held on $15,000 bond, records show.
The Sun Sentinel reported that Valderrama began arguing with a woman inside a Lauderhill strip club. The duo left when Valderrama began getting aggressive, the newspaper said.

Outside the club, security guards witnessed Valderrama push and attempt to punch the woman and tried stop him, a report said.
Police told the Sentinel Valderamma kept yelling "kill me" when he was later handcuffed by authorities and treated by paramedics for a cut above his eye. He allegedly also growled and spit blood at them, resisting authorities for 20 minutes, officials said.
Another witnesses told the newspaper Valderrama was jumping on parked cars.
He is believed to have been under the influence of drugs and alcohol, officials said.
It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.
