A naked man used a golf club to smash a car that had been abandoned in flood waters due to the storm, officials said.
Larry Norman Hill, 57, was charged with criminal mischief, when, in the middle of a storm, he attacked a car left by a pizza delivery woman in in Holiday, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

The newspaper said Hill opened the doors of the car, letting the flood waters in and then smashed the mirror of the car, ripped out the headlights and caused the roof to cave in.
A neighbor who witnessed the incident reportedly told Hill to stop but Hill replied that the car was now his, the Times said.
When located by authorities, Hill told them he thought there was a baby in the car that he wanted to save, according to the report.
Records show Hill remained in jail Wednesday morning on $1,000 bail. It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.
