Ten people were injured when a fight broke out between two men over a table at a Davie restaurant, which escalated into a melee, police said on Monday.
Of the 10 people inured at the Davie Steak and Shake restaurant, three were transported said Capt. Dale Engle, spokesman of the Davie Police.
The three people included a woman who had suffered a seizure, another woman who had slipped on a drink that had spilled and hurt her knee and her child, who was pushed to the ground.
One of the men who started the fight was arrested and faces a simple battery charge, Engle said.
"These two guys got into a fist fight over a table," said Engle.
A witness said tables and cups were flying around the restaurant.
