The video ends with Suarez walking off camera, towards the back of the restaurant.

The incident occurred at 10:50 p.m. on March 24, according to WFLA.

A McDonald's spokesperson told WFLA that the company is still gathering details about the incident. The restaurant's manager told the station he was fired after the video was made public. He said didn't know the employee was going to post the video on the internet.

"In a way it was my mistake the way it got out, but I don't think I should've lost my job because I worked too hard at that store, I've never had any disciplinary action," Stevens told WFLA.

Meanwhile, WFLA spoke with Suarez who said she suffers from bipolar disorder, is on medication, and does not remember most of the incident.

Suarez was booked into the Pinellas County Jail and was later released on $7,000 bond, online jail records show. It is unknown at this time if Suarez has an attorney.
