On the day after Miami failed to land the 2016 and 2017 Super Bowls, South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee Chairman Rodney Barreto acknowledged that it was pretty much a foregone conclusion that without a Sun Life Stadium upgrade his group’s effort was dead in the water.
