Roll over Beethoven, NWS is tuning up.

NEW BITTERSWEET SYMPHONY: For all you Beethoven fans out there (and classical music in general), The New World Symphony will be doing the composer's Ninth Symphony tonight with an afterparty at Marquis. That's music to our ears. 8 P.M.

JUNIOR CAN DANCE: Get ready to move those feet to the music of Junior Boys at the Vagabond. They may not have been on the music scene too long, but their fresh beats will have you dancing all night long and maybe even into the morning. 10 P.M.

THIRD MAN IN: Han Bennink, the 2008 European Jazz winner, will be completing one heck of a trio with Will Holshouser and Michael Moore at the Byron Carlyle Theater. Complete with pyrotechnics, Third Man Trio's musical number will come as fast and furiously entertaining as they can possibly come. Talk about intensity. Go to Tigertail's website for tickets. 8:30 P.M.
