LIGHT MY FIRE: The Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida opens its season at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts with the classic ballet, "Firebird." The story follows a firebird that aids a gallant prince as he attempts to rescue his beloved princess. Also in the program is "Talisman," an enthralling pas de deux, and the world premiere of "En Trois Parties," featuring live music by the South Beach Chamber Ensemble. Tickets are $25. 4 P.M.

PHARRELL'S GOT SOUL: Looking for a new car? Looking for some N.E.R.D.? Well, kill two birds with one stone by test-driving the new Kia Soul and secure tickets for the N.E.R.D. performance at The Awarehouse this evening. DJ's Egg Foo Young and Contra will be spinning the tunes all day. Mission accomplished. 12:30-8 P.M., 6:30-10 P.M.

FINS AND FOOTBALL: Are you ready for some football? If you can handle the heat, come support our Fins as they play against the Buffalo Bills at Landshark Stadium. Before last year, the Miami Dolphins hadn't beaten their AFC East rivals for several years. Will that change this year? Will this be their first win of the season? Miami Dolphins #1! 4:05 P.M.
