DEE-DEE-DEE: The guy behind the famous phrase (or impression, rather) is coming to Miami to either offend us, make us laugh, or maybe even both. It's all part of Carlos Mencia's "The Administration of Laughter" tour. Who knows, you might be one of those audience members the camera pans to as you're practically wetting yourself with laughter. OH CHRISTMAS TREE: One surefire sign the holidays are in full swing is the annual Village of Merrick Park Tree Lighting Ceremony. Every kid-approved festivity is here: holiday greetings from Santa Claus, Rudolph and the Christmas gang of other characters; stilt walkers and jugglers; a sugar cookie decoration station, and other yummy treats by Whole Foods. And for the eco-friendly enthusiasts out there, the tree lights are LED light bulbs. Not even Ebenezer Scrooge can muck this up. Village of Merrick Park, 6:30 P.M.
